Terms and Conditions for the “Spin to Win” Promotion at FutureScape

1. Introduction

1.1. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the “Spin to Win” promotion (“Promotion”) operated by CORE Landscape Products (“Promoter”) at the FutureScape event held on 15th – 16th October [2024].

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

2.2. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Promotion are not eligible to enter.

2.3. By participating in the Promotion, entrants confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. How to Enter

3.1. To enter the Promotion, participants must visit the CORE Landscape Products stand at FutureScape and spin the “Spin to Win” wheel during the event dates.

3.2. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

3.3. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

3.4 Participants must sign up via the QR code located on the Spin to Win wheel.

4. Prize

4.1. The prize is a £150 Amazon voucher (“Prize”).

4.2. There will be only one winner who will receive the Prize.

4.3. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives are offered.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

5.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion period.

5.2. The draw will take place within one week after the event ends.

5.3. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry (e.g., email or phone).

5.4. If the winner does not respond within one week of the initial contact, the Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

5.5. This process will repeat until a selected winner accepts the Prize.

10.1. The Promotion and these Terms will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
